Is there really any advantage to taking pm protein? I know the label says its 33% more time to grow but does it really work all that time and is it really gonna add size. The concept is sound i guess, but also, is there any difference between the expensive and cheap powders, as far as effectivness? Any comment about Nightime related products aould eb appreciated.

Sleeping is obe if the most critical times to have a source of protien. THink about your body fasting all night, that's not good at all. I recommend that you eat a source of peotien that takes longer to absorb. So, instead of a shake before bed, eat something like Peanut butter and milk, that holds me over almost an entire night without getting hungery. Also, if you're on a strict diet and you wanna watch your PM carbs, then eat a can or two of tuna, or, as they say in Europe, a tin. I used to make a steak before going to bed, but that got old quick because I don't feel like cooking at night anymore.

if your gonna use a shaske make sure you use a blend of protiens that are both fast and slow acting

I agree with shortz and smallguy. maybe a shake, a 6oz. white chicken breast before bed. I usually wake up in the middle of the night for a sandwich. :D
