| Im with BW ... whatever lean protein you wanna use .. on top of spring mix and baby spinach w/ super chunky bleu cheese (or other dressing). Actually .. a 6-8oz seared blackened tuna steak cooked med rare, slice, dip in soy sauce and put on greens with bleu cheese .. "Black 'n' Bleu Tuna Steak Salad" Hey BW ... i have KILLER Bleu cheese recipie .. not all that good for you, but definitely a taster!! Let me know if you want it bro (if you have a good one, I'll trade ya :lol: ) peace |

| Blah that's sicks. I tried a recipe tapout gave me.... 1 can tuna apple juice ice blend. I took one drink and almost threw up. |
