I want mass. Im 160lbs right now, just wondering what i should be taking in. what are some foods that I should have between meals?

tuna sand. for lunch
protein shake after gym
meat and veggies for dinner.

Alright well it all depends on your body type....at your weight I'd say go for about 4000 calories a day.Get atleast 160 grams of protein,about 90 grams of fat...and the rest all in carbs...if that doesnt workk just keep upping it by 250-500 cals till u hit the spot.
