| Alright well it all depends on your body type....at your weight I'd say go for about 4000 calories a day.Get atleast 160 grams of protein,about 90 grams of fat...and the rest all in carbs...if that doesnt workk just keep upping it by 250-500 cals till u hit the spot. |
