| Hi, Ive heard about the bulking/cutting cycle...is it wrong to start the cutting cycle first ? im 168 lbs, 15%bf and 5'7. I feel that i have enough muscle already and would like to do a cutting cycle before bulking up, because ive been bulking up for 18 years now... I'm not into steroids, almost every article Ive read about cuttin cycle, steroids were involved...I would just like to know exactly how to do this cycle.... calories eaten/cardio/weight lifting if any...thanks alot. |

| Im getting a good 2500 calories a day...170g protein, i try to keep my fats minimum..and carbs come from brown rice, yams, oats, and beans mostly... currently i do an hour cycling at med intensity 5x a week, i train every bodypart 2x a week at med-high intensity also. ive been doing this for the past 2 weeks id say and ive been noticing some good results these past few days...not to many striations but mostly veins in my forarms that i never knew were there are beggining to show ! i hope thats enough info to get some help....and how long should cutting cycle be ? thanks bro for the quick reply |

| I woludn't trian each body part twice a week.. you will over teian very fast. I'd bump your protien up ot 1.5 grams per pound of body weight as well you should probably lower oyur claories ot 2000 maybe even lower like 1600 or 1700.. but start at 2000 and adjust. I wieght 225 and eat 2500 cals a day to cut and we have a 62 lb weight difference. Smallguy |

| alright, sounds good, so 1600-1700 cal a day...does it matter how far apart the meals are ? An hour cycling at med intensity should be fine ? and what about training, would that make it only 2 or 3 workouts a week also med-high intensity and i should be good? thanks alot for ur help bro...good luck with your cutting. | eat ever 3 hours and try 200 calso for a bit the lower it as needed I'd back of on the cardio cause the more u do now the more u'll need to do try a 2on 2 off split for training Smallguy |

| when i cut i respond greatly to cutting out all carbs past 4 pm. |
