| I was thinking that all of us might share some or your BB recipes so that we all might benefit. I'm including everything you might mix with tuna to full meal recipes. If possible please give actual amounts of ingredients,, I will start this one off,,, 2 cans tuna in water drained 1 cup rice cooked (real rice not minute or instant) 1 sm onion chopped and cooked 1 small green onion finely chopped low sodium creole seasoning to taste 1 tsp. real crushed lime powder 1 small finely chopped tomato (optional) 1 sm. bell pepper chopped (optional) Cook rice in either rice cooker or boiler. Cook onion until tender in large sauce pan. Add tuna to onion and cook for several minutes then add the rest of the ingredients. I sometimes add hot sauce or substitute the bell pepper for jalapeno's. |

| 1 tsp minced ginger root (I like peeling and mincing my own) 2 tsp soy sauce 1/4 cup crushed fresh raspberries (crush through a siv if you don't like seeds) 1 tsp cayanne 1 tbsp minced onion and 1 tsp sesame seeds.. mix well and put in zip lock baggie. 2 chicken breasts. 1/4 red bell pepper 5 asparagus spears. Marinate chicken and asparagus in ziplock baggie for a couple hours (or over night) slap it all on a grill (I use a George foreman grill) Brush the chicken with the marinade half way through. Discard any left over marinade as it had raw chicken in it. enjoy! |
