| Hi, im 19 yrs old. i was skinny my whole life and in the past year i gained 30 lbs and am now 200lbs. now im 6'1 size 38 waist, im not really fat at all. i got a little bit of body fat but a good amount of muscle too. My Main Problem is I have a beer gut and love handles, I really need to get rid of them. Ive been lifting 2-3 times a week and run for 20 minutes 3-4 times a week for the past month now and have not really seen any progress. I used to eat everything i could but now I eat around 2000-2500 calories a day and watch my fat and carb intake. i also take stacker 2 ephewdra free. I NEED TO LOSE THIS BEER GUT REALLY BAD. Can you guys help me? what can i do to lose it??? im thinking of taking stacker 2 with ephedra so unless someone can help me out, thats my next step. bottom line PLEASE HELP. thanks guys |

| ok its not always like this but here it is for the most part Sunday I run for 20 minutes sometimes Monday I do sit ups and crunches tuesday I run for 20 minutes, then workout biceps, triceps, back and do pushups wendesday I run for 20 minutes Thursday I run for 20 minutes, then workout biceps triceps, back and pushups friday i dont really do anything saturday i run for 20 minutes My diet is basically turkey or ham sandwiches, sometimes pasta or grilled chicken. a few chips on the weekend, a couple beers on a friday. Been taking the stacker 2. |

| i cant stop completely? i used to drink almost everynighjt, noiw i just have like 8-10 total on the weekend and thats it. theres gotto be another way....maybe hard alcohol??? |

| If you are only drinking once a week, that's really no big deal. You should stick to lite beers though. Pasta and bread are major contributors to weight gain becayse they are starchy carbs. That would def be a good place to start. |

| I drink once a week or so too bro.But if I wanted my abs to really show I would show more discipline and cut it completey.Right now I am content with where I am but it's your own mind that has to be made up on how much you want to lose. |

| ya i drink bud light not lookin for a perfect body but i dont want the fat. i dont need perfect abs but u know. so no pasta and bread ok thanks. any other ideas? more situps, running more? any excersizes that will help with the stomach and love handles?? thanks again guys! |

| Hey man, Take it from me im one skinny dude...I work out regular but eat loads of smaller meals - I think u ought to eat more often but less - if that makes sense. Also, Ur bod is probably used to the kinds of exercise ure doing so i guess you should shock it with some new stuff .... can u swim? Hope it works for u man - I used to have handles but lost too much now im skinny - and have the bastardo task of gaining muscle and fat JEEZ aint having a great body hard work?! |
