| I thought it might be a good idea to start a thread where everyone could post bodybuilder friendly ideas about what to pick up at the grocery store. | Good post...I love those chicken tenders you can buy frozen. They are bangin' and stay tender no matter how bad you mess them up. LOL |

| I have a simple way of shopping in the almost all grocery stores I will share with all of you.. When you shop stay around the outside edge of the store and stay away from the inner asiles. why because the outer area carrys only meats, vegtables, fruits, eggs, yogarts, cottage cheese, milk, fresh juice and grains as you start to work you way to the center of the grocery store you find almost all canned, processed and frozen foods... Trip out huh? So pretty much everything that The Prez listed will be where?? that's right on the outer wall of the store :) |

| A good meal and low in fat(granted you find the reduced fat brand) is canned chili! It is loaded w/ protein and calories are not too bad. Carbs are reasonable too. he shelf life is forever too! Give it a try. That mixed w/ cottage cheese is a good meal for me! F |
