I have a few noob questions that I need answering. I have been a powerlifter for many years and now I want to cut down. I want some critism on my diet please.

7:00 Lite Muscle Milk

9:30 Isopure

12:00 Usually a Subway Sandwich. Roasted Chicken Breast on Wheat. No Cheese.

3:00 Isopure

6:00 Lite Muscle Milk

9:00 Chicken Breast and usually 2 rice cakes.

I work out 4 days a week on weights. I run 1.5 miles 6 days a week. ( I just started running so I working up to running more. I was a powerlifter for to long) I punch on a heavy bag 4 nights a week. I usually do 12 rounds at 2 mins a round with 1 min rest between rounds.

I am 5'8 weighing about 225 at the moment. I am sitting close to 14% body fat at the moment. I am really looking to cut down to single digit body fat. What changes would u make to my diet? I am a very picky eater. I dont really like veggies or anything green. I am not sure I want to do a body building show anytime soon but I dont want to rule out any options. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

i dont see how you could possibly get by only eating that little of an amount of real food... that cant be much more than about 1500 cals. i would suggest eating a real breakfast first off.
