| i'm weigh only 110lbs and 168cm, my BMI is on the edge of underweight my bro has been taking me to the gym for almost 5 months, although i can start lifting heavier weights then before but my weight still almost stays the same.. i really wish if i could get to 120lbs something... |

| i wake up early now because of the job i got now but i cant eat in the mornings for 2 hours because i feel like i am full as soon as i wake up. If you wake up late then try waking up an hour or 2 more early to eat if you cant because of work or something else then try waking up 10 minutes early to eat something instead of skipping. |

| i play linebacker at the college im at and they make us eat grits w cheese and a bacon/ham ommelette each morning and we all been packing on some serious weight. good weight too |

| hey man,i cook my meals the day before,including breakfast.at your weight i would eat 6-8 whole eggs,a big bowl of whole wheat cereal or oatmeal,some bacon,toast and a protein shake.like i said cook it the night before,then just heat it up in the morn |

| what if u are soo sleepy and tired to do it? ahaha thats me. Well your advice is good so i am going to try that because i dont really feel like making anything in the morning so i make something small. |

| Without Breakfast your gym goals will be cut in half.....if not more...... if you skip breakfast.....and say the night before you had a tablespoon of PB before bed @ 10pm.... and you dont eat until noon the next day....thats 12 hours of not eating.......... now would you go without food from 7am-7pm? I dont think so... eat food my friend!:banghead: |

| I would have to agree with big on the breakfast. You are only 110lbs. That means eat a full course breakfast every morning and you should see some results. Just dont forget to keep eating all day! |

| very true!!! Keep eating EAT BIG GROW!! you know how it is but seriously if you want to grow you need to eat. And eat right! unless you want to gain fat in all the wrong places or any places haha. Eww fat is my enemy and im ready to defeat it. :thumbs: |
