| I'm looking at taking creatine but i hear if you stop taking it you will lose any results you gained. Is this true? If so is there a way to prevent it? Any help appreciated |

| not true... when you take creatine, especially monohydrate you will put on some water weight. once you come off of creatine and your body unloads you will lose the water weight. try using an ethyl ester. a little more expensive but all around a better form of creatine |

| ive had the best results from CE2...it is a little more expensive but it worked and i kept most of my gains...imo i think monohydrate is garbage now theres more technology out in other creatines than plain old mono. the only thing i gain is water weight |

| You should always drink plenty of water. Not just when on creatine. |

| drink as much water as you can! and the loading phase from everything i have read is a little controversial... some say it is necessary some say it isn't needed.... i am one who thinks that it isn't necessary. oh and loading is a period of 5-10 days where you would take for example 10g to quickly get your levels up then you would go into a maintenence phase where you are just sustaining the levels in your body.:thumbs: |

| i try to drink enough water to keep my piss pretty clear, i guess ill just up it to about 2 gallons a day? i hear alot of you guys say thats what you drink |
