You need alot more carbs. I know youre trying to stay lean but that amount of carbs will be hindering muscle growth. Especially with you lifestyle. More carbs, but get them from brown pasta, brown rice and anything else wholemeal. Trust me, you wont get a belly on ya!

i woulod say higher bro. especially with you being so lean and having an active lifestyle. remeber its not just protein that help muscle tissue grow. Carbs are just as important for BUILDING muscle.

Thats a good point but its hard as hell to maintain 2-3 times your protein intake. Yes you should keep your carbs high but I would go a high day, a low day and a mid day with the carbs you listed above in your program the mid day. When I contest prep I go 100grams of carbs a day, thats all my friend and sometimes lower when I'm carb cycling and my load day will be like 1000grams or more.
