Assuming you're for real here... If you're looking for low GI oats...go with steel cut oats. They are cut differently than the oats you're used to, and they aren't rolled and steamed either...that keeps their GI low and is therefore easier on your insulin levels. Most people recommend cooking them on the stove, but I do just fine by putting the steel cut oats and water in a bowl and microwaving it to a boil, then let it set for about 10 minutes or so until you have the consistency you want.

If you're looking for natural sweetners that won't spike your blood sugar, google stevia. You can find it at most health food stores.

As far as protein goes...using protein shakes will not give you un-natural gains. It will merely ensure that your muscles have the necessary nutrients to repair and grow properly. 110 - 130 grams of protein per day is not enough. Figure out how many lbs of lean mass you have and multiply that number by 2. That's the amount of protein grams you should be shooting for every day if you want to facilitate good muscle growth.
