First things first

Age- 18

Height- 6'2-6'4

Weight 198

I looked around other boards and got this diet as a general idea

Breakfest:
5-6 eggs, 2 pc of whole wheat toast (is jelly okay?)
Snack:
Can of chicken
Lunch:
3 slices of turkey on Whole wheat
Pre Workout:
Six Star Muscle Fuel Whey Shake
Post Workout:
Six Star Muscle Fuel Whey Shake
Dinner:
8 oz of chicken(most likely not lean) or some type of meat, cup of broccoli or carrots
Snack:
Tuna

My cafeteria serves horrible food, nutritionally. So its often hard to get what i need food wise. If i need to i can get a shitload of canned chicken from walmart and substitue that for my dinner?

On tuesdays and Thursdays ill run for an hour in the morning. (or should i do a fast walk)

And after working out (MWF) i will run/walk for maybe an hour.

has anyone had any success with Hydroxy cut?

are you drinking milk with the shakes? add some tuna inplace for thr yogart. i have heard stay away from dairy when cutting.

i would propably use water. Do you think i am doing enough cardio and getting enough food and protein to maintain my muscles?

i would eat at least 10 egg whites in the morning

I dont have the time or the money to buy and cook egg whites only, i get em from the cafeteria, they also have oatmeal and grits. think i could use that?

yeah i guess that would work. if you are doing an hour of cardio everyday i dont see why the diet you are on will not work.
