Hi friends, recently I decided to start to exercise and diet. Now when I did start off my diet changed from a bunch of foods to instantly vegetables, salads, chicken, fish, fruit etc, I noticed after a week or two my bowel has changed dramatically. The best way to describe that it fluctuates with consistency, although it is mostly diarrhea. When I say it changes now I mean that sometimes I get really normal bowels in- between bowels and then diarrhea. So does dieting and exercising and losing weight change your bowels?

I think dietary change in general affects your bowels. Give it a little time, it will probably even back out.

I was thinking it was spam too...but...there's no spam payload in the post....odd...unless they're setting up to spam...trying to build a rapport first.

I dont understand why you would get diarrhea from changing your diet the way you mentioned (supposing your a perfectly healthy being).. Maybe because of a virus, allergic to certain food, quality of the food, drugs? could be many things.
