Well i have been trying really hard to gain weight these pass weeks and it has been working. i went from 66kg to 71-72kg but the problem is i dont see any changes on me :banghead: they are very very small but wtf?
my 2 brothers are same hight as me but older and only weight 74kg and they look way bigger than me.
Does this have to do with the Age??
I think i can hit 73kg with what i have left of my weight gainer.
Gota say mcdonalds gives u weight pretty fast :hi:

do they have a bigger bone structure? more bone density? are your frames typically the same? shoulder width, waistline?

Just stick with it man, consistency and time will get you results. Your not going to wake up one morning and notice results... happens too gradually, best thing is to use pictures.

from the pics i think i need to work on my triceps more?

So that means dont work out the legs, or the back or chest right?

Hellz no! Abs are a muscle group too and it needs to be worked just as much as any other muscle group.

Work them in moderation but work them HARD!

Woot i can lift 5kg more with the bicep curl bar!!
i can lift 10kg more but without completing more than 10 reps.

This is weird my older bro is 25 he is built also he has been goin to the gym for 5 years! his biceps are way bigger but i can lift more than him without cheating!
doing the same thing as him.
Does this have to do with the genes or something? he is my half bro. His father died when he wasnt even born.

Sorry but im just happy that i am lifting more.
I took 10 days off the gym then gained 3kg and now i lift more :)
if i keep gaining weight i will keep lifting more :)
