OK now I have your attention. I'm on day six of a strict anabolic diet -- averaging 28-32g of carbs per day and around 3,000 to 3,300 calories. Weight dropped 184 to 179 in a week, probably mostly water. Deciding whether to carb up this weekend or wait longer -- i've seen conflicting reports about what is best. BF is around 17, which is why I'm doing this lol.

I've gone through cold symptoms, some weakness, no dizziness or any other problems other than INTENSE CRAVING FOR PIZZA.

Here's the point
Starting yesterday my pee starting to smell pretty strong. Kinda like after you eat the asparagus. I know to expect digestive changes but I hadn't read anything about that particular symptom. Gross but -- anyone else experience that on this kind of carb-reduced diet?

drink more water. that could help out alot!

thats a sign of dehydration.. drink more water.

I'm on keto at the moment and I constantly drink water throughout the day - averaging 3L sometimes 4 and I am still thirsty! so I don't know if there is a link there.

OK I was still holding to my old standard of 70-80oz per day. I'll up it, thanks guys.

yeah vits can o that. i was takeing mega men from gnc and my pee was neon green.

Yeah with multi's my piss comes out fluro for a while then by about the 5th piss of the day I could fill an empty mount franklin bottle and sell it in the shop, you'd never know the difference.. it eventually comes that clear.

That may be it -- actually I switched vita brands a week ago so in fact that must be it. But I'll still drink more h2o, thanks guys

I'll let you know if the dog starts howling from the feral, canine scent I'm passing in the house. he probably won't go past the bathroom door where I've "marked" it, rofl
