| Iv'e been lifting on and off since i was a kid but now I'm trying to do it right. I'm 25, 5'5 150lbs and have a pretty good cut but I'd like to gain mass without losing cut, I travel alot so I don't really get a chance to eat anything but fast food. I try to stick to the healthier places like subway and such and I eat alot of poultry. I've just purchased a 6lb thing of GNC mass xxx to use post workout, I try to do at least a 50 min. weight training session after about a 30 min. jog which seems to be working okay but I was just looking for some advise to maximize my efforts. |

| -stay consistent about hitting the gym. (I know it could be hard cause of your schedule.) -slightly heavier weight, and lower reps, but light enough for decent form. -lose the fast food. cook enough chicken breasts or meat while you're at home and have some pre-cooked to take on the road in gladwear or whatever. take some cans of tuna and a can opener with you. great protein on the go. cook some white and brown rice as well to take with your chicken. -eat often. keep the portions smaller but eat more meals per day. ex= 6-8 -throw a pack of oats or oatmeal in there with your weightgainer for a postworkout shake. - stay hydrated and REST!! good luck. :) |
