| what do you guys think of meal replacements? they seem like a cheap way to get a good amount of protien and vitamins. Has anyone enjoyed great benefit? Favorite Brands? |

| yeah i was thinking it couldnt be tthat good for you but its just so damn convienient. ofcourse things that promise to make things faster or easier are bull 99 percent of the time, but i was just seein what you guys think about these things I guess to be more specific if im eating 5 meals a day and i want to squeeze another in, Would this be that good an idea. does anyone here do it? |

| I don'[t use them, but I guess they could be helpful... say if you work a 6 hour shift at work, or something, and don't have a chance to eat real food you can have an MRP and just down it real fast on your break for a quick meal. But other than situations like that, always eat real food if you can. |

| yeah they will help cover those inbetween meals but some of em are sodium packed. just watch what one you get, and dont try to substitue a lot your body needs food |
