| Hello guyz im new here! Im not sure if its a diet question but here u go. IM 5"7...61 kG and i've been goin to gym 9 weeks now! But ive been trainin my abs for almost a year b4 ,,Now i have a very solid ab but the 6 pack aint showin good I was skiinny thats the reason i joined a Gym to gain some Weight but only Muscle And bcz i knew that trainin abs alone wouldnt do good i must train the whole body! But my quest : since im skinny and have 12.7% body fat only and trainin my abs alot WHats wrong that they r not showin??Is it a diet Problem?? 10x in advance! |

| Might be a bad diet like rob said, but make sure your really working your abs when your doing ab exercises. I make my ab reps low to keep from using my back or other muscles to sit my self up when i'm doing crunches or whatever. When I was first starting out it took me a long time to get my abs defined because I noticed i was using my back to crunch about 50% of the weight. |

| How old are you? age makes a difference in gaining weight. I am guessing you are 16-19??? how do u convert 5"7 in to cm?? in Aus we use cm. |
