dont blast me, its not my idea, but i was talkin to this guy the other day, and he was tellin me that i could lose weight a lot faster by just not eating that much, but what i do eat should consist of salad and lean meat, but only like once a day, maybe twice, and the rest of the day is protein shakes. Im confused, because I know that protein and exercise preserves and makes muscle grow, but doesnt this seem a little extreme, or stupid for lack of a better term, wont someone lose muscle this way, and even if you did lose weight doing it, wont you gain it back when you start a normal diet again???? any thoughts???????

Yeah, it's very stupid... and unhealthy. Yes you'd lose muscle muscle mass from depriving your muscles of protein every few hours, and your muscles would pry lose fullness from low carb intake. Yeah, you probably would gain a majority of the weight back after you stopped that "starvation" diet. My thoughts are don't do it. You'd be better off doing it the right way, and having it take longer to lose the weight you want.

best way to lose weight is to eat alot more often but keep them smaller meals with high protein.eating every 2-3 hrs keeps your body out of fat storing mode

i would starve to death doing that... protein shakes alone are not filling

Hey man its not a race against time its a change in lifestyle. Losing weight over time is better than crash dieting then heading over to KFC for a "cheat meal/day"/binge~ Does that make sense?

im definately not doing this, im just trying to see how full of shit this dude that told me this is, i eat every two hours very clean, i was just posting this for backup on the issue, cause i thought it was shitty, thats why i said dont bash me cause im not doing it haha, but yall have confirmed my thoughts, i know that it is definately better to do it over time, its the only way it will stay off
