Before you guys decide that eating McDonalds cheeseburgers is a good way to bulk, remember that unfortunately, you're not just taking in protien, fat, and carbs when you eat the God forsaken things. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=mYyDXH1amic

i agree the burgers will gain you weight fast but have to be careful not to get too fat from them, what do you reckon to the chicken burgers and wraps then?

well i was staying away from junk until i saw the post by S.W.A.T., so i said what the hell and bought a crispy chicken fillet and a cheese burger, both in total has about 40 g protein and 8 g of saturated (bad) fat, so i dont know whether its bad and there is no such thing as "bad" protein, as all essential protein is taken through diet, the amino acid content in the protein might be different but doesn't mean its bad, but saturated fat intake daily should be less than less than 10% of ur daily calorie intake, its not only about bulking up, its about high cholesterol aswell in the future aswell!! According to of my lecturers from uni, the most important BCAA to take in post work out is leucine.
