Well your body should be a good image an bb is they way forward in my eyes

well 5-10 meals a day protein should be about 1-2 grams of protein per pound of body weight. Carbs should be about 2-3 times your body weight in grams and fat should be below 100 grams a day and from good sources

Not that I intend to ask a possibly stupid question but how often should I train my arms? I have one big workout on my arms and then I do a few reps after each trianing session of my other body parts. usually around 4 sets of curls 4 sets of hammer curls and I do my triceps.

You need to let your arms recover, they cant recover if they are not resting and they cant grow if they are not resting.

for the time being i have been trying to see what would happen without direct training of the arms. i do alot of compound lifts and do not even have an arm day. i have actually gained size in my arms through indirect training

Arms would be last priority for me with training. I know people who don't even train them directly and some like once a month or fortnightly.

Just ask for people on your area that has a successful diet plan and ask for tips on your diet and bodybuilding. Also have some vegetables, fruits and protein bars.
