I have been sticking to this diet to the T for the past month, and little or no weight has come off. All I eat everyday is chicken and salad, bout 5 times a day, and I do cardio everyday. I train atleast 5 times a week also, and the weight is just not coming off. What is happening, am I hitting a plateau, its possible that im gaining muscle, but I need to lose the FAT!!!! Can someone tell me what to eat, or when to eat that is different so that I can get this weight off, would like to lose bout 50 lbs in 5 months or less, any suggestions would be much appreciated

ok I have seen a lot of ppl talk about CLA, and I finally looked it up, but is it worth taking, Im already taking Hydroxycut Hardcore, but im afraid my body has grown used to it by now, any suggestions

i took a bottle of cla and liked it pretty well. it helped me a little when my body was being stubborn however i wouldn't take it with the hydroxycut. they are both meant to increase metabolism and i would think that might be bad to double up on something like that

just stick with it man it doesn't happen overnight... take a few of robs suggestions. the workout 5 times a week might be a little much for your body.

how many cals are you taking in and what does the protein/fat/carb ratio look like

breakfast is usually oatmeal and a protein shake, mid morning is another shake, lunch is chicken breasts and salad with a dab of honey mustard, post workout shake, and then for dinner its usually another salad and chicken breast or red meat sometimes. I take omega 369 and the hydroxycut hardcore, and thats it, and like i said im not seeing on the scales, but i can see some changes in my body, what is happening, and i am keeping my intake of calories and such below my BMR

I like flax seed oils. After u take them a while they do help blood flow.

I have changed my diet, oatmeal and protein shake in the morning after cardio on empty stomach, salad for lunch, and salad for dinner, I have to lose weight that way, and every now and then during the day chicken or tuna. I cant think of anything else that will work, i have to cut calories carbs and fat

i think you are getting too antsy and starving yourself WILL NOT help... i know you had stated before you were trying to preserve muscle and the "new" changed diet is gonna kill that dream. you might lose weight and alot of it will be muscle if that is how you want to lose weight go ahead.you yourself said you can see change well there you go bro. just stick with it keep up the healthy eating and im sure in six months you will look back and say ya maybe i was wishing too hard

man are you right, dude i dont know what im thinking, i guess im frustrated at the least, i just dont understand why im seeing some physical things and not anything on the scale, theres no way i could be ripped out at 285 dude :banghead:

as oyu bulid muscle your body will naturally consume more cals. not to sound like im beating a dead horse but every lb of muscle added will burn an extra 50 cals/day so as you build strength/ muscle your body will turn into a calorie burning machine. i dont think people who used to be stronger realize after years off how much is lost. as i said bro it will come

I think that you are gaining muscles instead of fats. Just check every calories that you eat and maintain the right amount of calories on your food.

I do atleast 30 mins of cardio EVERYDAY!!! Thats why im so frustrated, but I did go down today on the scales which made me feel a little better, im sittin at 282 on a digital at my house. And on days where I have time I go for an hour on the cardio, which I do at 130 to 150 bpm for that time

get a girlfriend and have sex for an hour/day... great cardio plus helps with natural test production

oh trust me im fine in that dept, and your right, sex is good cardio, but i do it everyday already, im starting to see some scale moves, i feel a lot better about how im going about it
