just wondering if you guys could post your opinions on my diet. just taken a days meal at random see what you think. (hopefully going to cut down on the shakes soon and replace them with an extra meal)

day 1 ;

8am - 2 x wheatabix - 10g protein
- 1 x bagel with cheese spread - 10g protein
- 1 x chocolate mouse. - 5g protein

9am - protein shake 50g protein

12am- 2 x minced meat pasties - 25g protein
- 1 x ham sandwich - 20g protein

3pm - 2 x chicken wraps - 50g protein

6pm - 1 x chicken wrap - 25 g protein
- 1 x cheeseburger - 25 g protein
- 1 x protein shake - 50g protein

11pm - protein shake - 50g protein
- cheese sandwich - 10g protein

total protein = 325g
protein from shakes = 150g
protein from food = 175g



usualy replace some of them meals with things like;
-chicken breast and potato
-corned beaf and beans
-tuna sandwich
-healthy pizza lol (well healthyish)
-sausage and beans or mash
-cottage pie


any comments or advice much appreciated

you already answered your own question.cut down on the shakes and eat more whole meat.btw how is the chocolate mouse?lmao,i once had a vanilla rat

pmsl just read it then i meant chocolate mousse

athough a chocolate mouse might have bit extra protein in lol


more whole meat and less shakes cheers :)
