I am 220 lbs trying to bulk..
I'm getting 4450 calories,
75 g fat,
380 g carbs,
375 g protein.

considering adding in a small personal south beach diet pizza that would add an extra 10 g fat, 30 g carbs, and 30 g protein. (its a tomato, spinach, chicken pizza on whole wheat crust)

How does my diet look and should I add that small pizza in? thanks.

cosmoK IMO I think when someone is trying to bulk they should shoot for 2 grams of protein per pound! It will never heart to do! So eat a little more than that!

440 grams lol thats overwelming.... i eat 7 meals a day so i have to be getting like 7 65 g protein meals? damnnn... well if thats what it takes

I have to admit you guys are on another level, if I mange to get 1 gram per pound in I am pretty happy.
