ok heres da thing...im only 16yrs old so dont get on my back ok...but i am a football player and a wrestler...and i do mma...but i wanna get bigger...and my coaches all tell me to eat, lift, train, and drink protein....i have been doin that for the past month but i weighed 180 wen i started and now i only weigh 184...dat is not dat much at all...i've been taken EAS protein and Whey protein...and i jus started on MASS XXX.....what do i need to do to get bigger faster....i know it takes time but common its football and i need 2 get bigger and fast....o yea also i lift everyday but a different set of muscles every other day...i rest on sundays or i train mma on sundays...most of the time i train.....mahaloz for the help BIG DAWGS!!!

wen i said "PAST MONTH" my bad i've been eating alot for the past month...but i've been lifting since i was 12....and takeing protein....but i've only been doin what my coaches said 2do for the past month.....other than that its been lifting..protein...and training.....what should i be eating????

post your current diet and what you do every week, IE. what you lift, how much time you spend playing football, wrestling, and doing mma. and then we will be able to better help you adjust your diet.

I can already tell that you are probably overtraining, so that will limit your growth
