Multivitamin
2 tablespoon Flaxseed oil
Banana

Meal#2- 3oz peanuts
2 cans tuna fish

Meal#3(Pre workout)
1 scoop protein optimum
Rice cake with peanut butter
1 cup rice
Maybe NANO Explode

Meal#4(Post work out shake)
2 cups protein
2 tablespoon Glutamine

Meal#5-shortly after workout shake
Lean Ground beef
1 1/2 cup rice
2 rice cakes with peanut butter

Meal#6- Chicken Breast
2 Potatoes

Meal #7- Sirloin Steak
Broccoli

Then before bed some low fat cottage cheese

Workout routine would be

diet looks pretty good. if it were me i would drop arms day and do a rest day in between all your w/o days. remember you grow while you rest not while you lift

I think i could chang emy routine to

Monday-chest
Tues-legs
Wed-shoulders
Thurs-off
Fri-back

This way my upper body will get a day rest in between each other work. I may also throw in some arms on the days i would use them IE chest throw in and exercise of tri's and back days throw in and exercise of bi's..

Well i have been working out since september but it has been a complete waste. I have not been eating but 1800 calories and and 150 grams of protein and it has not been the right food. I have gotten alot stronger and lost 20lbs. I used to be flabbier...As far as looks I still look the same just less fat.... I can see slightly more muscle but that is probably becasue I lost some flab!! I have been that first routine that i posted for the last 5 months or so and nothing!!! I need to change something drastically. I was taking creatine for a while but nothing!!! So i am going to stop taking that and try the diet....

when is cardio better? before or after a workout? im tryin to lose weight while gain muscle. not going for arnold size but a good weight for my height. my goal is 200 lbs with 6-7% body fat. i jog for 20 minutes before my weights and i run in between lifting days.is this okay or should i change my routine?

I have heard all different. Someone else suggested to me to try to spread cardio and workout routine atleast 6 hours apart. I was just going to do it on my non gym days. HMMM. Im not sure either. I will take that into consideration and look around some more.

Thanks...

cardio is better after working out. after you have worked out your glycogen stores are depleted and your body will resort to using existing fat as fuel

i amnot a big fan of abs everyday. i think it would be better to work them a little harder everyother day!

I will try the cardio routine after the workout. Sometimes I am tired and just want to go home lol!!! As far as the abs go I will do them 4 times a week 1on/off day.

Well just went out and bought a bunch of food on the Grocery list and some
Nano Xplode, multiVitamins and Glutamine o yeah and the optimum protein!!!

If your trying to gain endurance and get in shape for something like football, running whenever would probably be okay.

running for too long before working out is bad, i have heard from some people that even 10 is too much because your using up essential fuel that your going to need to workout.

you wont be able to get 6-7% bodyfat while bulking, or at least it would be really difficult. do a bulking cycle then after you have achieved your desired muscle mass do a cutting cycle.

So I just added up my diet and i took out a few things and it came out to be

calories Carbs Protein
3493 317 330

Is that to many calories or to much protein? Thanks. I want to bulk up, but i am 18-19% body fat now. I do not want to get fatter.
Thanks..
