Hi guys,

Im starting the diet and starting the rippertoe routine tommorow.

The following is a revised diet ive put together..(The foods below are all I have till next week..I did a shop today the only ones i didnt include which I will use instead of rice is pasta,and instead of tuna..salmon)

Out of bed: 1 scoop whey,3 egg whites + 1 yolk,30g oats,300 ml orange juice,1 fish oil capsule,1tbsp natty peanut butter,multivitamin.

meal 2: 2 slices wholemeal bread,spoonful of low fat mayo,100g turkey breast,evening primrose oil capsule.

meal 3: 1 scoop whey,28g cashew nuts,1 fish oil capsule.

Workout

meal 4: 1.5 scoops whey,tuna on wholemeal

meal 5: 1 chicken breast,1/2 cup basmati rice,grapefruit,evening primrose oil capsule,fish oil capsule

meal 6: 1.5 scoop whey,1 tbsp natty peanut butter,113g cottage cheese,2 rice cakes.

Thats 2900 calories..40:40:20, 240 pro,235 carb,64 fat..

Im 21 male 145 5.10..

Im starting this as of tommorow so I would love to get some feedback..I hope im on the right track!

sounds alot better man. you will notice a big difference after a couple of weeks.

Hey man good luck with the Diet plan. I actually just started mine today. It was orginally 3500 calories, but now it is 3000. I feel so damn full all of the time. It seems like I am eating every 10 mintues. Really it is every 2 hours but anyway. Goodluck!!!!

Thanks for the support guys..

One question about post workout food/shake..

I understand you need protein immeduately after a workout but someone told me I should wait 45mins -hour before eating meal 4 (tuna + wholemeal) another person told me I should eat it straight away?

What should I be taking in straight after the workout?

diet looks very good bro... looks like someone has been absorbing knowledge! i would say on the shake definitley right after the w/o and about an hr for the food. good luck man and keep us updated on the progress

Good day at the gym feeling the burn now..I got chatting to a bodybuilder and he said that you should take in carbs asap after the workout? Im getting confused now cuz loads of people say that I should and loads say that I shouldn't? Is there a right or wrong answer?

Bought some Carbolize to take straight after workout with protein shake to restore glycogen..apparently its the bees knees..will soon see!
