Yeah good question. I have been eating the same thing everyday, no matter if it is a w/o day or not.

it usually is a pretty decent prctice to intake a few hundred less on non w/o days (obviously due to the fact that you are not usually using as many cals). not the end of the world but if you feel the need to adjust out 200-300 cals on non w/o days it would not hurt.

HUH!! I think i will just consume the same amount on non workout days. I have been doing this diet for a week now. It is supposed to be a bulking diet, but I lost 3 pounds this week!!!! HMMMM!!!! I guess 3000 calories is not enough!!! How are you doing with the new diet JAY???

Keep the protein high and if you want, lower the carbs on non-training days unless they are already extremely low (sorry haven't checked your diet yet). But as long as your calories are under maintenance you'll be losing.

Normally you want to lower your protein when you up your cabrs if your trying to maintain a certain calorie amount..All depends on what you can digest if your not big enough you can process 500g of protein a day with 700g of carbs.

Number 1 there is no such thing as a "bulking diet". you're either bulking or you're cutting. You shouldnt be loosing weight when you're bulking, you need to eat more
