| So I believe I am beginning to gain some weight. When I first started I was 181-183 or so. Then I dropped down to 178+/-1. Today I weighed myself and I am about 183 which means I have gained about 3-4 lbs. BUT I took some measurements and when I began my belly was 33" and now it seems to be 34" I don’t know if it is because I am bloated and have been eating to much or it is normal. My diet is around 3000 calories and 350 grams of protein and 300 carbs and about 55g of fat. I have been doing cardio about 1-3 times a week. I am trying to put on some weight. What I am trying to get at is it a bad thing that it is getting bigger? PS the diet is going much better now, I feel hungry at times rather than sick (that is how I felt in the first few days) PSS: How can i check for my body fat%? Thanks |

| 3-4 lbs? i lose adn gain that much everyday. 12pm im 1kg less and then at night time around 8-10pm im 1-2kg heavier but then i lose the kg's the next day and so on. I dont know how to check the body fat. U can go to the gym and ask one of the staff to see how much bf% u got. |
