| i m new to bbforums. i would like to build an athletic body .can i get a proper vegetarian diet because i have been working out for a 2-years and havent found the results.frinds my hieght is 5.9 inch & weight is 67 kgs. |

| if u are vegie then u need to make sure you are still getting protein Id say eat cheese, milk, yoghurt, lots of pulses and beans, hopefully you eat eggs... you say u want an athletic body so u dont necessarily need to build loads of muscle...a lot of my friends are very lean and are vegetarians hope that helps...lets see what the others think |
