WEll ive been trying to gain some weight for 2 months now...IM training 3 times a week now...im eating 5 meals a day, making sure taking enough protein but all ive added was 5 or 6 pds only

So IN the gym ive progressed alot with the weights and i can see my body getting defined but without size added

so my question can i drop that high protein low fat low carb diet and start eating everything all the time cz a 3500-4000 calorie diet aint giving me any results
should i start eating everything including fats and sugars until i bulk to my desired weight or i'll be adding fat only?

i dont see how that will help him. Add a few hundred calories to your diet for a few weeks and see what that does. Put some more eggs, meats, and veggies into your diet
