Morning: two tablespoons all natural no additive peanut butter, two slices of whole wheat bread(5g of fiber and 4g of protein each)cup of blueberries,1g CLA, cup of green tea.
450 calories 15g protein

2 hrs later: protein shake and teaspoon of glutamine.
200 calories, 36g protein

Lunch: Two whole eggs and 4 eggwhites serving of pinto beans, broccoli,mushrooms,1g CLA.
400 calories 35 g protein

2 hrs later: Serving of almonds, apple, 1/2 protein shake 1 teaspoon glutamine.
380 cal, 25g protein

Dinner: chicken breast, serving of beans, slice of avocado, red cabbage, bell peppers, onions, two garlic cloves, broccoli.
300 cal, 35g protein

Before bed: One protein shake.glutamine
200 cal 36g protein

Total calories 1900 to 2000. 160 to 180 protein.
Workout 4 days a week. one body part a week. 1.5 hrs. 75% to 80% intensity. Walk 6 miles a week. Weight 160 lbs, 14% body fat, 5'9".

Also, what is it with people or "experts" saying that eating more than 25 - 30gm or more of protein in one sitting turns the excess of protein into fat?

Protein wont be storred as fat it would be excreted in ur urine..only sugars are turned to fat if eaten excessively

Thanks bro. What do you think of this diet? On non training days I try to cut about 200 calories.

Its gr8 ....if i can say a little much protein also...i know the rule says 1 g to 1 pd but its not to be taken litteraly..anyways i'd say u can ease a little in the protein and add a complex carb ...it wont do any harm

Yeah, I was just reading about that. I'll get some tomorrow. U think this is too much protein in my diet? I'm cutting now and my stats have changed. I now weigh 155lbs.

too much protein??! i have nearly double that! all from clean meats and 0g carb nectar protein drinks. Very high protein is essential when cuttin or you will lose alot of muscle.
