| I am 5'6'' have been 120 lbs for the past 5 years. I work out 6 days a week. I am currently deployed...i eat everything in sight...take protein and i even started a weight gainer shake...and yet i see no gains. I joined BB in hopes to find that there maybe others out there like me...if so any advice would help? I have nothing but time out here :) |

| give us a typical day of eating and your workout routine. Also what are you goals? |

| Wake up around 0700 take half protein shake with weight gainer, workout around 0900, take other half of protein shake with weight gainer, lunch around 1130, dinner around 1830 in bed by 2100. The food here varies, i try to eat between meals usually a pb&j sandwich. My goal is to gain mucsle about 10 lbs before i go back home. |

| Plain and simple your not eating enough protein and calories..Nobody can eat the right food to gain and not gain you eat more calories and protein then what you burn up in a day and you will grow with solid training.. There are some OTC supps a women can take ALRI jungle warfare is good try that once you adjust your diet and eat right after about 6-8 weeks of doing ti right if you want more try the ALRI. |

| Is it ok if i break the protein shake in half? My body can't digest a whole serving at once...I just shit it out. |

| i was having the same problem with my whey shakes until i switched to lactose free version. |
