| hiya im wanting to simply bulk up, not to botherd about losing tone or if i get abit squeezy, just want to gain some size, what am i best off focusing on, high protein foods, high carbs, and what sort of foods are best for these? |

| hmm for proteins do like tuna, chicken, peanut butter sandwiches, and stuff like that and for cards try rice, pasta, potatoes but dont quote me on this im new at this so anyone who wants to edit this go ahead |

| cheers thats the sort of stuff iv just been buying when i went shoping. im 19 5ft 10 and about 155 lbs, did weigh more but been ill for about a month and lost about a stone. im well toned, just want to add abit more size onto myself aswel. |

| pasta, bread, lots of food...and heavy as you can go on the weights! last set being your heaviest...4-8 reps. |
