| Hello Buddies, Actually i had heard that creatine should not be taken in summer season. Like here in my contry in summers temperature rises to 47 deg Cel. (extreamly hot). Coz creatine retains water from the body. And if one is doing hardwork then it should not be taken. Is this theory correct or just a bluff. Any suggestion will be accepted |

| dehydration...liver problems due to unsaturated creatine sitting in body... you should already be drinking at least a gallon of water per day... |
