| hi guys i'm a new member here and I just started taking whey 2000 supplements and i was wondering when should i take the tablets and how many should i take at a time? I'm 17 yrs old, 5'8" and weigh close to 150 lbs. I work out often. So if you could please help me on how may tablets i should take and when i should take them i would really appreciate it. thanks. |

| well you should get in at least 1.5g of protein per lb of bodyweight...so since you weigh 150lbs, you should be intaking 225g of protein per day. So...deduct the ammt of protein per day you are intaking from your diet, and fill that void with the whey supplement, or increase your protein intake of your food. |
