| I'm new to this forum and was wondering what a good supplment stack would be for me. I've been working out seriously for about the last 3 years and While i"m pleased with my gains, I'd like to do more. I've never used any supplements besides creatine and whey. What would u reccomend? |

| Well first off welcome to the board :thumbs: . I only use a Multi-Vit, Creatine and Protein for what it's worth I'm not very big on Supps. |

| I think a multi, whey and creatine is all you need if that's bnot donig it post your deit we can almost always improve it. |
