| Should I even bother with free form aminos if I am on GH and have a good diet? What about branch chains in a drink during the workout? I am leaning towards multi V, protein powders and creatine only (+GH). Thanks. |

| Id go with both lol the multi V, and the Aminos, i was taking aminos for a while when i first started getting into Powerlifting and i like the results of taking them with Protein Creatine Glutamen and a multi v on top of all that, i was making really good gains when i got on all that and i could see the results in the mirror. i think when i get back into taking supps ill do that again:) but then again its really up to u it gets kinda pricey after awhile all those supps so little cash to spare |
