Kre-Alkalyn is shit i was on them for 90 day in canada thay are called purple-k and thay are 49.99 + you get 100 caps you take1-2 capsules 30 min prior to working out and 1-2 capsules within 60min of finishing the king of creatine bull shit i on the on -xplode is good i like it the energy give you good performance in the gym
