| I'm takin a weight gainer and glutamine twice a day. The weight gainer has 675 cal. per serving and 50g of protein per serving and I'm not sure about the glutamine's servings. My goal is to gain weight/mass: should I take these everyday even on the weekends when I dont work out? I dont really want to gain fat but honestly, I doubt that I will, I'm 19 and only weight 136 right now. |

| Your muscle don't grow in the gym, the grow while you are resting. Taking supplements on off days is just as important as taking them on training days if you want to make gains. |
