what is the best type and brand of creatine to take...pill form, powder..pro lab, gnc...?

monohydrate is the best IMO just look for how pure it is.

I started taking pure creatine monohydrate from performance engineering and it really f-d with my dieting. I was eating 5-6 meals a day, meeting all my daily requirements. Then during the first week of creatine, when you take 4 times the normal dose, all that liquid in my diet interfered with my appetite. I was eating less. After the first week of creatine when I was down to 1 serving a day, I still could not eat as much, or as fast. It was like my stomach couldnt handle the food and sometimes I felt like throwing up. Its not easy to eat a meal when you feel like gagging every bite you take. So I decided to stop taking it, and sure enough my appetite has come back. Well it was more like my ability to eat than my appetite. But i just thought I would share my experience to give you something to think about. Dont buy a big can of it, buy a small one so if you dont wanna keep taking it its not a big waste of money.

This happen to any of you guys?

When I did use creatine I found no need to load up with larger doses the first week. I took it with each meal and in 2 weeks I found I was noticably stronger. I mean if your going to have a drink with your meal anyway I can't see why adding creatine would make any diff?

I have used both creatine monohydarte and creatine ethyl ester. I prefer CEE.

also, i know of people who have taken creatin, gained a good 15 pounds and kept it on, ive heard if you go off it after, the gains dissapear(water) is this depending on how your body takes it? or is there other factors or supplements you can do or take to keep the gains on...like cycling creatine....6 weeks on 2 weeks off and keep doing that?

i recently bought a thing of Phosphygen HP and i didnt like it. i didnt notice any gains except for minimal ones. It tastes just like koolaid and i was starting to think thats really all it was. CELL-TECH is by far the best creatine IMO and i will never take anotehr kind, only problem is its ****ing expensive as hell.

for the majority of people 5 grams/day is all you need.... the "loading phase" is completely unesessary, just the company wants you too consume there product faster...

no like he said the companys just want yoy to use up all the creatine fast so you buy more my last prolab creatine 300gms lasted about 4 weeks cause i take **** all every day
