Ok, ive been doing my research and have came to a few questions regarding my supplement intake. I have been lifting for a month and my goal is to bulk up. This last month I just ate right and took whey, but now Im planning on stepping up the intensity. I am going to lift for 5 days now instead of 3 and want to start on some of the essential supplements. I am planning on getting some more whey protein, creating mono, L glutamine, and flax. Is it ok to mix the protein, creatine and glutamine or what would be the best and most effective means of taking these. I am a newbie and I dont want to go out and buy stuff thats useless or a waste of money. Any advice or comments would be greatly appreciated. Thanks

can't mix glutamine and creatine together they compete for the same place in the body making one not effective. Space them out at least an hour. Make sure you are taking in protein whether it be food or a shake about ever 3hrs or so.

So basically take the protein, creatine, and flax right after workout then take the glutamine an hour or so after? I am a little confused on when I should be taking the supplements and any help is appreciated. Thanks
