im gonna do a creatine,zma,nlarge protein stack but i was wondering when to take the supplements and how much...i have an idea in mind....5g creatine after every workout...protein shakes 3 times a day...and zma before bed...does that sound right or is there some tweaking that needs to be done...the creatine and protein are pro lab and the zma is now sports
