| Hey I was just wondering I'm 120 pounds and I'm going on the loading phase for creatine and I know it lasts 1 week....but during it how much creatine should I take in a day? |

| Loading is a load of crap. There is no reason to load your creatine IMO. just take normal dosages and save your $$$ |

| again, it's a waste of your $$$$. there is only so much creatine that is actually going to be assimilated by your body. So loading is only going to make you pee out the unused product. It would be like me taking 2gm of test a week, I weigh 276lbs and am at 10.2% BF that's 28lbs of fat on my body which leaves 248lbs of LBM of which about 50% is actual muscle. Let's call it 125lbs of muscle (could be more, could be less) with 125lbs in mind, I cannot utilize all 2000mg of test per week, I would be better to use 1gm and not waste my $$$$. I prefer to stay at 6-10 mg/lb of actual muscle mass per week. This is all my body can use. Any more and I'll end up putting too much strain on my liver & kidneys. |

| tom is right 100%! companys made up the loading phase for obvious reasons for you to consume there product faster. Just stick to 5 grams/day and keep water intake high |
