I have been taking thermo gain for like 5 months now and it hasnt had any real significant effects. Are thermogenics worth it or a waste or money? Thanks :screwy:

Right now "tight" and "lipo6" look to be the best ones out right now...

I've been taking "Thermogenix" from Max Muscle for the last couple of weeks, and it seems to have been having good effects. I also got the P.M. kind so I can take them right before bedtime. But, I'm also taking Cytomel, so hard to tell if the thermo's alone are doing the trick.
