| yes creatine is a good supplement. Not sure about the brand I haven't used it in a while. Personally I use monohydrate, but I think there is something new out that is suppose to be better. |

| yes creatine is good (as said above). i like micronized or eythl ester if you can hack the taste. as far as brands, it's a matter of personal preference. meaning how much your willing to pay for the name, advertising, ect. just make sure you stick with a 100% creatine product and you should be fine. |

| When i first started lifting when i was younger and less experianced i was hooked on the popular and expensive products. There are a lot of products out there that are way overpriced by putting words you don't understand on the bottle. Just buy pure unaltered creatine monohydrate. You should be able to buy a big bottle that will last for a long time as long as you do this. Most creatine bottles have around 200 servings of 5g's and thats perfect. |
