I would like some advice on what supps are really essential and helpful. Currently, I take a bunch of vitamins, amino acids and whey protein in accordinace with my trainer's advice, but what about creatine, glutamine or some other product? Anything particularly useful I should try?

Doesn't matter, IMO.
Top 4 supps:
1) food
2) multivitamin
3) whey protein
4) food
5) More food :thumbs:

always try to stick with natural things suppemetation loses your sexual power....this is a authorised report.if u wanna take amino acids so take eggs...protien can get with meet and tuna....mutivitamins are best but tae them with one day off.Trus on me..because sex is life if u'll lose ur power u'ld b nothing...just think at that time wat big muscles can do..obviousy nothing...so don't b mad about muscels...do work out,try to get big but with natural way...other wise u'll b regrated!

if your trying to bulk up use protein to make enzymes, hormones, and other body chemicals. Protein is an important building block of muscles, bones, cartilage, skin, and blood

i would personally just ditch the multivitamins.. try to get 1 g of protein per pound and stay on a healthy diet to bulk up

im still unsure what your intensions are to bulk up or lose wait ??
im gonna need more information on you in order for me to give u more info next time get more detailed.. about your diet, weight,height and age
