From what i know you can take creatine and glutamine as long as you space it out with the time that you take them is that true?

but ive also seen a product "Creaglu" which is both mixed together.

the persona experience of mine is that.wheneve u g for supplement which r unnaturally like glutamine or steroids like deca duara boin u lose ur sexual power.and its true...difficult to trus n me..then just go and try...give the chance to ur bed mete to laugh.........lolz
