hey now, im new to this site but i have been take no-explode for about 2 months and staying on a good diet and other than my diet as soon as i take no explode the taste wakes me up it's not bad taste just unique and my arms start to get all jacked up and my mental focus is so up there the recovery time is like awsome.. everything about this product is good no flaws and if u take this product drink lots of water for kidney support ... i drink lots of water any ways with or without no explode because i under stand that 75% of the muscle is water i read that in muscle development . Question i work out (2 hours mon,tues,and thur) (3 hours on wed and fri).. is that too much??? because i use to just work out 2 hours 5 days a week but i never got sore now im actually starting to get sore cause u know what the say no pain no gain !!!!....by the way im only 16 and i live in FL turn 17 aug 20

About No-Xplode i think it is a waste of money. I took a few bottles of it and after a while i got sick of the taste and the fact of being forced to take something 30 minutes before a lift everyday. Its not convienent. Its a blend of a lot of things that you never heard of because its not regulated through the FDA its allowed to say "Special NO blend" and not tell you what the actual ingredients are. I know its no sugar, but there are things in it such as caffeine and possibly other short term stimulants that make you feel a artificial pump. Its your choice but i like to stick to normal creatine its cheaper and i believe more effient.

oo i took creatine easter something before i took no explode it didn't really do anything. and also No-explode has nitrix which has been tested as well as creatine

yeah i know its a blend of creatine and a nitric oxide.

im just saying i think it would be more benificial for you to take creatine mono by itself and if you want take No2, nox2, nitrix with it, it would work better most likely but its your body. Just remember most of supplements are bullsh*t and its all in your head. Youll be at the gym with the mindset of "oh theres no-xplode" in my body i must be doing better. Thats how i was a few years ago when i started and took cell tech.

I was similar i played lacrosse in HS, and wanted to get big for that.

and about overtraining, if you workout a certain muscle group too long your not gonna get results, your muscle dosent grow when you workout it grows when you are resting it, sleep is very important dont neglect it.

I believe that the best products on the market are those being sold by muscletech (aside from thermogain.) I have found high quality results up until now using nitro tech and cell tech and i am wondering what other products are superior to these.

lol u got me there guys very good .. that is true i do think like that i got no-explode in my body .. but i took cell tech and didn't get any results.....and about over training my body never got sore so i said to myself im not pushing myself hard enough cause my body isn't getting sore so that's when i introduce the 3 hours on wed and friday now im actually getting sore of the weekends but i have made a full recovery and feel great in about an hour im heading out to the gym basically the only thing i look forward to during the day.

NO PAIN NO GAINS
GO BIG ARE GO HOME

If I could go back and do it all over again, i would train less. I used to work out like this guy and wish to hell that I would have taken the advice of older, wiser men.

You are working out TOOOOOO MUCH! you are not allowing yourself recovery time. you need to eat more and work out less to get bigger. If you want to be bigger. If not, you are doing the right thing to get "IN SHAPE". keep in mind, bodybuilders are not in "Great Shape".

But if you are working out to be in great shape, keep it up.

another thing, soreness is by no means a determining factor of whether or not your muscles have recovered from a workout. All it is is lactic acid in the muscle. Your body will leard not to produce lactic acid after awhile and you will no longer get sore.

i gotta question your body tells u when u have had enough correct aren't u sore after a work out... i don't feel sore so i don't think im pushing it enough and about eating i eat 4-6 times daily and take pro complex 55 grams of protein per serving. i feel great and im seeing results thank u tomsizemore i will take everything u say into consiteration. month and a half ago i was like 144 now im 151 Ibs.

Bro, when I was 17, I weighed about 255lbs and was pushing over 400lbs on benchpress. earned me a full ride scholarship to anywhere I wanted to go in the country for football.

I'm now 26 years old, have been lifting for 11 weeks (after 4 years off) and weigh 276lbs @ 9.7% BF. I work out with 315lbs for overhead press.

I'm telling you, and many will agree, you are overtraining. IF YOU WANT TO GET BIG! if not, don't worry about it. You're doing great!

Not here to bash you, here to help you achieve whatever goal you are trying to achieve.

again, I'm not trying to beat him up, it just seems so obvious to me and I have a hard time understanding that others just can't see that you must rest to gain.

Your body needs more recovery time than 24 hours. look how long it takes for a cut to heal.... Think about this.... Think.....

lol okay okay i understand im gonna slow it down i geuss that means im gonna step up my intensity then.. im trying to beef up just because i wanna live up to my name masterpiece.. not for football are nothing like that..and im not in there for 4 hours lol.. and i get more than 24 hours of rest lol i rest over the weekend. Tom i understand im taking all of this that u say into consideration .. im not being young and dumb maybe it seems like it lol i really do appreciate your advice Tom as well as others thank u again

hey again illsniggles i read the site u posted up on overtraining i understand ..but i don't feel any of those signs it listed up on that site. and a guy at the gym told me your body will show signs and i haven't had any that's why i have been pushing it but im gonna lay off and see what happens im gonna check out some more of your posts ill sniggles later bro

I started using AAS when I was 14 years old. I can't have kids because of this. I don't suggest you start any time soon if that's the ideas you are getting. At the time it seemed like the thing to do.

AAS will do nothing for you but maybe give you an attitude and acne if you aren't eating right, resting right, lifting right. They are not a miracle drug. We leave that to Human Growth Hormone (don't get any ideas, you are way too young).

I used to be a cage-fighter, not a bb. Currently I own my own investment firm. We mainly deal in real-estate backed securities.

i understand im gonna stick with my protein and no explode.. im just not sure how i should train now... cause im so use to the way i use to train before... how long should i train per day give me a program Tom help me out .... and another thing i noticed at the gym all the big guys aren't there near as much as me i see them maybe like 3 or 4x a week i just figured if i was there longer and more often i would be bigger then them i geuss that's not the case huh.. this one huge black guy is there 24-7 he eats his meals there.. he gets 260 grams protein a day and everything... he probably lives there lol..

Training vs. Overtraing -Less is More

With training more does not neccessarily mean better. In fact , it usually means less (as in less progress). Working out 2 hours a day 6 days a week will not give u the body u want faster. It will most likely have just the opposite effect. Overtraining causes two very detri mental effects. First it may launch your body into (override) response. That's where your body takes control and overrides any muscle building signal it receives from your workout. If you've ever experienced that, you know thats not where you want to be. Second your muscles grow BETWEEN workouts not during workouts. you have to give your muscles adequate time to recover and grow. Now here's a very encouraging fact :nitric oxide gives u fuller more complete recoveries,and faster too. And nitric oxides anti-inflammatory effect may actually prevent ocassional overtraining. So is there an ideal relationship between length of workout,amount of workouts per week,and the amount of new muscle gained?yes!

Rule: for optimim gains never train with weights more than 4 day, same muscles more then once a week or more than 60 minutes per week........lol seems like i broke that rule eewps i read that Training vs.Overtraining in a book

after training for three months are u spose to stop lifting weights for 1-2 weeks ?????????

it would be a good idea to take a week off here and there. Don't put a specific timeframe on it, just learn to listen to your body and watch for results. The second that you start to notice you are losing size, start lifting again.

thanx tom..... now im getting around the 200-240 g a of protein is that good tom and im taking 4-7 days off ..would u suggest longer since i have been overtraing for like over a month and i will start with my new (cycle 4x a week no longer then an hour)

Protien intake should work for you, just try to restrict your carbs to sources like Spinach Pasta, Yams, Oats, Grits, and even lowfat milk has 13gm carbs / serving. Remember Carbs are an important part of the process as well.

Take a week off, you'll come back stronger than ever.

yea i drink zero fat skim milk taste the same as the other fat milk lol,also bread with like jam,peanut butter sometimes butter.. bread are good in carbs rite

yeah breads and pasta have tons of carbs but are starchy, so they stay in your stomach and dont digest as easy, but good sources of energy.

so if your playing football or running for a good amount of time eat starch.

i always ate tons of pasta, bagels, etc before lacrosse and it got me through 4 qtrs well. :2cents:

im going to be really busy tommorow and won't be back home to get my protein .. do u think it is a good idea to mix up like 180 g worth of protein and drink it before i leave im unsure of the situation.... a lil help illsniggles or tom... and the ... 100 g of protien or so i get from solid foods ?? i don't think i will be eating much cause were gonna be at the pool alday and i don't wanna look bloated.......

From what i know your body can't process that much protein at at time

so if your saying you want to chug 180g of protein at one time im pretty sure your gonna end up pissing most of it out, lol

i know its hard to watch your diet when your out, but try your hardest, have a shake when you wake up go out watch what you eat but dont be too overconscious because people will look at you lol and when you get home depending on how much time before bed have another shake if you feel like it.

and you should look into a different whey i think i remember you saying pro complex if your having a lot of shakes a day pro complex can hit the wallet hard

i went today had a blast my friends were calling me steriods i was like omg there as like what's that vain idiots they didn't understand that i had taken no explode before i went swimming helps me recover on off days took one scoop as says

should i take my protein shake with meals before or after are does it mater .??

take it whenever you need protein in your diet, try and space out protein intake equally throughout the day
